We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information provided by clients, prospective clients, and website users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data in connection with our brokerage services and website (elitepropertydxb.com).
- Identity and Verification Documents: full name, nationality, date of birth, passport, Emirates ID, or other government-issued identification;
- Contact Information: email address, phone number, and postal address;
- Financial Information: general financial background information where relevant to a property transaction (we do not collect or store payment card details);
- Property Preferences: property type, location, budget, and transaction type (buy, rent, or invest);
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools;
- Communications: enquiries, correspondence, and instructions provided in the course of brokerage services.
- To provide real estate brokerage services, including matching clients with suitable properties and facilitating property transactions;
- To conduct identity verification and customer due diligence (CDD) in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, combatting the financing of terrorism and Proliferation Financing AML/CFT/CPF regulations;
- To maintain records required under UAE regulatory obligations applicable to licensed real estate brokerages;
- To communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding relevant property opportunities;
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations.
- Collect and verify identity information for clients and beneficial owners prior to or during property transactions;
- Conduct enhanced due diligence where required by risk-based assessment;
- Maintain records of transactions and client identification for a minimum period of five (5) years, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law;
- Personal data may be disclosed to competent regulatory, supervisory, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
- With affiliated entities within the group where necessary to facilitate property enquiries and transactions;
- With property developers, landlords, or their representatives, to the extent necessary to progress a specific transaction;
- With legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or tax authorities, including the UAE Ministry of Economy, the Dubai Land Department, the Financial Intelligence Unit, and any other Competent Authority, where disclosure is required by applicable law or regulation;
- With professional service providers (legal, financial, and technological) engaged to support our operations, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Client and transaction records, including identity and due diligence documentation, will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of transaction completion or the termination of the client relationship, in accordance with UAE AML/CFT/CPF regulations;
- Marketing and enquiry data will be retained for a period of 24 months from the date of last contact;
- Website usage data will be retained in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
