Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate brokers.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the business
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and international candidates.
- Manage recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the business.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
- Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance.
- Promote the ELITE Property brand within the market and recruitment community.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Dubai real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract quality candidates.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, and social media channels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.
